If you're here, there's a good chance you're a therapist trying to do meaningful work and stay on top of everything behind the scenes.
Spoiler alert: you’re not the only one drowning in documentation, second-guessing treatment plans, or wondering why grad school didn’t cover any of this in more than one rushed PowerPoint.
You became a therapist to help people—not to stare at blank progress note fields at 10 p.m. wondering what counts as "medically necessary."
First Things First, Let's Talk About DOCUMENTATION?
Are your notes a HOT MESS? Most of the questions I get from fellow therapists boil down to one thing:
"How do I stop avoiding my notes, write what I'm supposed to and still get out of the office on time?"
Sound familiar?
That’s why we’re starting here—because getting your documentation
on track can shift everything in your practice.

🎓 For Tennessee Pre-Licensed Clinicians 🎓
If you’re working toward your LPC-MHSP in Tennessee, I also offer clinical supervision.
This hub was born out of years of mentoring students and emerging therapists who kept saying the same thing: “Why did no one teach us this?”
Whether you're wrestling with documentation, imposter syndrome, or the pressure of building a private practice before you're fully licensed—I’d love to support you through it.

👋A Quick Note About Me
CHRISTINE FINNEGAN, LPC-MHSP, NCC, MT-BC
Founder & Clinical Director Replenish Ed | Replenish Counseling
I’m Christine—licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and documentation reform enthusiast (which is a weird thing to be, I know). After 15 years in the field—working in inpatient psych, women’s IOPs, group private practice, and everywhere in between—I saw how little support therapists really get when it comes to the admin side of our job.
So I built this hub to help change that.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about helping you feel less alone, more equipped, and a whole lot more confident in your work—on paper and in the room.
💡 What’s Coming Soon 💡
This hub will eventually grow into support for more than just documentation.

ETHICS
Let’s make ethics feel less like a dry CEU requirement and more like a living, breathing guide to showing up well for your clients—and yourself. We’ll cover tricky topics like documentation during crises, dual roles in small communities, and how to make judgment calls without losing sleep (or your license).

BURNOUT RECOVERY
You can love this work and still feel exhausted by it. This section will focus on helping therapists recognize the early signs of burnout, reconnect with their purpose, and build practices that feel sustainable instead of soul-sucking. Because helping people shouldn’t cost you your own well-being.

CREATIVE INTERVENTIONS
Let’s bring some play, purpose, and depth back into the room. From expressive arts to metaphor-driven techniques—and yes, even role-playing games inspired by Dungeons & Dragons—this section will offer real-world tools to help your clients go deeper and help you stay inspired. Perfect for clinicians who want more than just talk therapy templates and aren’t afraid to get a little creative.
💛 Final Words
I know what it’s like to pour your heart into this work and still feel behind on the backend. The Therapist Learning Hub is here to meet you where you are—with zero judgment and real tools that actually help.
Let’s make your paperwork feel less like a punishment and more like a powerful part of the work.
